starview 5

    hi just bought starview 5 and got someone to download what i needed to usb stick because i didnt know how to do it. i can get all channels but they freeze after a couple of minutes. i have borrowed someone elses starview 5 because thought maybe they stopped working in my area but it works fine so i know its my box. can someone please give me a simple step by step guide as to what i need to download and how to do it, then what to do next.
