starview 7 cant connect

    is any one else having this problem i have the latest software show must go on but today
    box saying not connected any ideas thanks in advance

    have you rebooted your router[/quo"load the old carling 104, then scan, then put the new firmware on via the usb stick, dont do a scan or factory default, go to ss1 type in 1819 press ok when it says enable, make sure lan cable is in

    My SV6 is working ok, so must be your box or setting, but people earlier today had this problem.

    you are supposed to factory reset before or after you flash box,less problems if you do it correctly,and yes a lot of svs were off line on and off yesterday.

    im getting not connected too?
    im also getting the programs list popping up on my screen every 2 mins?
