everytime i watch the football on the weekends whether it be on sky sports or espn i am constantly getting jumps every 30 seconds or so even tho my signal and quality is just under full is this just there server or could it be something wrong my end. As far as I know signal wire should be fine as we usually have a sub virgin box plugged in.
if your signal is to high it can cause it, if y9our signal is to high can cause issue's, same as a weak one
