Starview 7 red light problem

hi all has anyone ever fixed a box just showing a red light.

 

no idea what that is,tried reflashing it in case firmware faulty.

 

thanks for the reply cactikid but the box won't let you do anything also been looking round various sites and this seem to be a major problem with no fix.

 

maybe contact supplier as they may know a fix,like the mac fix that could only be done by supplier.
