starview all channels gone

pressed factory reset and have lost all channels tried 1570 and all i know when autoscan found 182channels but exit and it stays on data0% can anyone help me

 

What channel have you got it on ?

If you try Sky sports 2 and see how you get on.

ok when finished and i press exit it comes on as smash hits but was on sky sports when started scanning dont understand

 

in irl try sly 2,try doing a set default key and exit out,remove any splitters or extensions first,even power off at back/on might make it update,if it is going to update it should move in 15 secs,if not try another channel.

 

have setanta ireland and rte 1 perfect but no other channel updating sorry when i press default key nothing happens is this right sorry for being stupid

yes on do u think i need to flash or would i not get any channels if that was problem
