Starview and Dreambox - Not loading new Info

    A few of us have tried, we have downloaded all the Image/Firmware etc to the Laptop, connected the two boxes and nothing happened with the Dreambox, it seemed to work with the Starview but when i try to go to Parental control it won't allow me access,
    Anyone please >?
