starview and thebox different channel line up?

Hi After working for a week I finally got my cloned box back from the dead and after setting up all channels OK but the problem I have ,is the cloned box gets the Sci-Fi channel and the Box does not using the same feed all channels OK except for this channel any ideas ? The frequency is correct just one missing why?

the cable you have connected to the starview connect to the box do a scan and you should pick up.

 

Hi thanks for telling me that I am a service engineer and have fitted the correct splitter and have checked all signal strenths which are in the + 85% at all times the cable is split and feed to both boxes this will not sort out this problem?

 

Ryan is trying to help. I have a lot of service engineers working for me but they all have thier own solutions to the same problem.
