Starview Audio Description problem

I've been having problems since I upgraded to the latest starview firmware version. Virgin are running Audio Description for the blind folks on certain channels and I can't work out how to turn it off.

Anyone have any ideas?

 

Press audio on RC and select alternate stream.

 

Hey when I press audio on the RC, I get two options "NAR" and "Eng" when either is selected the audio description is still on.

If you press and select ENG it should have disappeared.

 

Na doesn't make any difference. really annoying

 

Honestly thats the way its done cannot understand why it wont work for you as you can see you have two audion streams, one been narration and the other English.

 

I am having a same problem, I getting audio commentary on some shows on E4,S£y movies and MTV. I pressed the audio button on the remote and the two audio strams listed (NAR + ENG) both have the same audio commentary for the blind.

Please how do i stop this?

 

hiu, i'm also having this trouble, when i press the audio button on the remote it just gives me left and right control, , the languge is set to english, but still got naration, can anyone help

Hi Guy's, I'm the one who originally posted the thread. I found that when I rescanned my box i found that there were 2 E4 channels etc. One of them run's the audio description the other doesn't. This is what seemed to fix mine, maybe just coincidence after rescanning the box. Hope it helps.
