starview ;black lines around screen , any suggestions

hi i have black lines at top and bottom of screen , some channels at the sides also , any help would be great

Go to menu user set up in there there is a setting for 4.3 and 16.9 just change it then exit out but if you switch the box off at night you will have to do this all the time ok
