starview blank screen

    i am getting a black screen and no sound on most music and sports channels amongst most others!

    anyone else having or had this proble and could point me in the right direction to sort it

    Press 'Menu' on your remote and enter 1570 and check that EMU is turned on it could be that.

    Menu > Factory Setting
    PIN 0000
    OK to delete

    Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on

    English > Installation
    Choose Provider etc
    Automatic Scan
    Press OK
    Channels found
    Exit

    Menu 1570
    Turn EMU key ON

    Exit , exit , exit

    Ok,are you receiving your other stations other than the sports and music ? you may have to do a factory reset.

    tried the reset but still getting the black screen, some movie channels seem to work but very few channels are working all in all
