starview box 2 dilemna

hi..wonder if anyone can give me some advice..i usually buy starview 3 super boxes..straight forward downloadingof firmware in on essy go..but recently iv bought some starvie 2 genuine boxes...iv been told to use the 4.53 firmware with logo software...is it me or do i really have to download from bin the app files first,and then the background data files..its quite cumbersome and time consuming...is there an easier way..or maybe someone can tell me in simple staright forward terms how i go about doing the downloads etc..regards
