starview box auto update but not working with newest codes

    Lads,
    Got the new automatic starview box worked fine for 10 months. In the last week its went off every night and have to manually put codes in to get it to work which was fine . Last night codes wouldn`t work and accidently hit reset factory settings only able to get 47 channels in scan and none are showing, just updates and goes back to 0 Anyone any ideas?
