TheBox is all I know of the make? don't think it's a clone going by the link on here on how to spot a clone, has 7/25 vents and the remote matches....software I couldn't say, as far as I know it was just plug in and set up when bought(belonged to my sister so don't reckon she'd even know how to put software in)

The power cable could be loose. Unplug the b0x from the mains
Open the b0x (3 screws on the back) & push down gently on the power cable. Screw the lid back on, plug it in & see if theres any power.
This happened to my SV1 once & this was the problem.
