starview box downloaded new firmware cant get programms

    Hi every one just downloaded firmware for starview ,,autoscan bot finding programms..any ideas? thanks

    what box do you have a starview 1 and what firmware is on ur box.
    menu-system info-ok-vers??? and do u have co axial into cable input,are u scanning correct provider?

    Thanks for the reply.. had to go to work, the box onle about 7 months old.. checked and its genuine .the system info says
    api ver 4.00e-E.... boot version june 2007. gor about 30 channels but cant get anymore,,thanks for the help
