starview box gone down

    hi can anyone help my box gone down ,already down auto scan but no luck

    I presume your missing channels? have all the channels gone? a little more detail would help.

    could be his provider is on the blink, check with your CC first beofre you start scanning box's, could be an outage in your area and you just wiped you channel line up
