starview box has stopped working

    Is it time to do another software upgrade; all the sky etc channels have stopped and the usual scambled and 10%.20%..updates are taking place. Also recently, I received a fraud warning message from virgin; could that have something to do with it.

    HELP!! please.

    if you have any questions after reading the forum stick threads at the top or the hundreds of other threads saying the same as you then perhaps they could be answered.
