starview box help needed

hi i am very new to this forum, i have been using my starview for the past 8 months without any problems until very recently i begun to loose channels, i have read lots of different posts and have followed some of the directions offered but i am still stuck, i have attempted to reset the box, by entering codes for factory setting , completed rescanning etc, its says 0 programs found and will not exit beyond the choose language page, please help help!!!!
