starview box in dublin

Please can anyone help me. My starview box went down last wednesday. I got new codes wednesday night but only tried to input them today but they wont work. Is there new codes needed or am i doing something wrong

 

yes new codes in dublin 00 the same 01 e2c9740a0422a612

 

e? is this a typo or is there somthing I don't know about the box (not intended sarcastically by the way)

 

no typo!! E is yellow button on control when entering codes

 

Of course it is, sorry I was being a complete idiot must be the sleep deprivation

can you help you say 00 is the same but my box is new so i dont have the old codes in it and have found loads of codes dont know the right one can you post the 00 codes also

is there new codes for dublin because my friends starview whent off about an hour ago.he cant update the firmware because his box is a clone .
