STARVIEW Box - Installing Cloned Firmware on a Genuine STARVIEW Box ?

    Hi ,

    Im trying to fix my STARVIEW Box it seems to be a genuine box 1st gen , but i was wondering what happens if i intalled the wrong firmware , like installing Genuine Firmware on a Cloned box and vice versa ?

    Would it mess up the box ?

    version 2.58 will work on genuine/clone boxes, v300 & v400 will kill cloned boxes.
