Starview Box - need help

    I have a starview box for the last year and today visitors have messed it up. I have tried reinstalling but am only getting a few channels. On system info the details are APL ver: 4.50e_E Boot ver 7.0. Can anyone help

    I guess if it has 4.50 its SV 2

    Press menu then 1570 and make sure the EMU key is ON
