starview box not working

Anyone has any idea what's wrong with my box
i tryed all the new codes but nothing is coming up
every chanel keeps comming up blank.
Do i need to change something in the main menu?

Did already but still no luck.
I was messing with the box yesterday and when try to log on to user menu i was asked for a code and i typed 4 zeros and it kind of froze and since then is not working, i think i need to reset it from the beggining.
Any idea how?

 

do a factory reset it will as you for a password press 0000 if that doesn't work put in 1668.
