Hi, can anyone help me out there? Box is gone down in Waterford I was suppost to have the chip to stop this happening but it happened! What can I do? Any help and I would be greatful.

Thanks for your help. But I didn't need the codes! I turned off the box as I was going out and when I returned and turned and turned it back on it was working again! I'll try this in future before I start annoying anyone. Again thanks for your help!
