Starview box powerless

My picture froze today and would not respond to the remote control. I tried the buttons on the front and nothing from these either so i unplugged the box. When i plugged it in again i got nothing. Power gone to the box. I even changed the plug in case that was the problem but still nothing. Can anyone help or is it time for a replacment. I have it about a year and a half.

 

this is a case of bad files put on your box as i have explained in the 257ee fixed files...it can be fixed with a jtag...cableview.

 

Could be a problem with a faulty capacitor on the PSU board, maybe the C11.
