Please can anyone help my lil' Sis she has a Starview the model is pre THE BOX and a few months ago when codes were being changed she was charged 20euro by someone for updating the software and when she tried it some hours later the guy had loaded software for THE BOX and any time she turns it on THE BOX comes on the TV and wont go any further, I can't download the proper software as it won't change, i have to get rid of the old software off before it will allow me to download the proper software, please can anyone help !!!
