Starview Box problem - Dublin

    Hi all,
    Any help much appreciated.

    Yesterday Starviewe box went down, all channels were blank. Did a factory reset today with autoscan and only gettign about 4 - 5 channels like BBC World, obscure ones I wouldnt use.
    Myu mate has no problems with his in Bray, so no idea how to fix - can anyone help?

    Hi mate,

    Yes it was updated in May, and have never had to amend codes, or had any problems since.

    Ok.. press menu then input 1570 press default then press EMU ON then exit back to Sly Sports and see if it says updating data % wait a couple of minutes and see if this clicks in!!

    It shouldnt take more than 2-3 minutes to click in if not we have to try someother way, let me know!

    could be just an area down due to cable upgrading,if u got all channels up on list after u factory reset and autoscanned and emu to on,if the channels are down tps might be down.and as des states call back .
