starview box problem please help

Hello.

I scanned my starview box but loads of the channels are not working all it says on these channels is: "date is being updated...." and a percentage in brackets. this can go as high as 200% then it shows the channel name and does it all over again. this is constant and i have left it for over 3 hours and it is still doing it and none of the same channels are better.

please can someone help me. thank you.

im in Preston North West England. Im with Virgin Media (ex Telewest)

 

Check that you have these codes.

Press menu, type 1570, press nagravision, check key 00 key data, then press > on remote to check key 01 data.
