We have a Starview box and over the weekend the box worked but when we went to use it on Tuesday night the box worked but the remote stopped working. We have brought a new remote but still nothing happens. The box is working becuase we can manually change channels on the box but not the remote. Can anyone help?
Unplug the b0x from the mains, open it up and see if any of the connectors are loose (the ribbons at the lcd sreen at front of b0x). push down gently on the connectors & see if that works.
