starview box pvr

hi can some body help me with my pvr box it keeps switching it self on and off avery 5 min ive tried reinstalling the latest sotware?

Has it ever been ok.? or recently gone faulty?
Which software did you install or try to install? and did you manage to it install it correctly?
If it starts up and works ok for a while it seems like a hardware problem, maybe power supply.

If you can't install any software and it won't stay powered up, you need to get a refund from the seller.
