    Hi,

My Starview box has stopped working. Its a starview original non clone 7 columns 25 slots in each on top of the box. I recently flashed it to API 4.00e_E Boot ver: 7.0 Jun 2007.

Strange thing is that when I hook it up in my brothers house no problem, it goes through the installation no issues and finds the channels. He lives 10 mins from me. When I return to my own house, it hangs during the installation?? I thought it may be cable related and tried installing in a different room (with a network different cable) same issue?

Any ideas I have downloaded loader 4.03 and bin file 457 ? Any ideas ?Has anyone come across this issue before? Do you think I should reflash with the new version?

If its a starview 1 b0x , then you need to flash it with the v1.05, & you also need the GTRom 4.00.
The firmware you`ve used is for the SV2 The B0x.
you`ll find the firmware/loader in the starview 1 folder in eamos library undr my sig.
