starview box-t not picking up any channels

    please help guys i got 2 box-t's (plug&play).one is working perfectly and the other is not picking up any channels when it scans. i tried them both off the same aerial any help would be appreciated.

    Are they both flashed with the latest firmware?

    i'm not sure scouser,how can i check?one picks everything up and the other gets nothing.would flashing it solve the problem?

    Press menu and system info on both and compare firmware revisions.
