starview box usb: missing channels

    hi all, this is my first post and i hope someone can help me here. i am having problems with my super box usb. i had all the channels until a few days a ago when i suddenly lost it all. i did the following but it HASNT helped me much..

    factory reset and a auto scan on my provider (NTL)
    menu 1570, set default key and keycode on
    exit back to a channel and leave to auto update......

    THE ABOVE DOES NOT WORK CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME HERE (I AM IN THE SUFFOLK AREA)

    i scanned mine under chorus and they all came back - so try that

    it wont if his area has been changed over to N3 box useless
