    After being off for while trying to get up and running again but cannot get to my provider "telepest" anyone any ideas as to how to change from N*L to tele that is not showing in the drop down cannot find it anywhere any help would be much appreciated

    try factory settings , type 0000. and autoscan again, u should be able to choose your provider then.
    If not i think its a reflash thats needed !

    1 Go to menu first
    2.factory settings,password code 1668,press ok for it to delete the channels
    3.Then turn your box off and wait a moment then turn back on again
    4.pick your language,english then press ok.
    5 go to installation,cable network T*,automatic scan.
    6 once its done scanning,press exit exit twice from here
    7.now your in the main menu,,press 1570 on remote pad.
    8.now your in the cas menu,press the down tab onc

    sorry its taken so long to reply been trying everything that has been suggested but still cannot get it to stay at t...pest always to put in the latest codes goes back to n.t every time either I am doing something wrong or the box is faulty, I have installed 257e E and still the same anyone anymore ideas .I think the box is ok as it is finding 200+ channels on autosearch but lot of them locked

    when you are putting in the codes are you pressing ok after each row you put in as you need to do this to stop it changing back like this

    put the 00 codes in for one provider then press ok to save then go up and change the 00 to 01 and put that row of codes in and press ok again then do that for the next provider until you have all the providers and there codes in try that ok

    can't even get to the stage cannot get it to tpest to do that it only goes to n.l and others t/pest not showing at all......... when I go to 1570 to cahnge the provider t/pest not showing or coming up at all

    when you go to 1570 you can manually put the code for t****P** in there and it will come up and press ok to save it do you have the number for it

    No would be a help if I did have it as I have tried everything else

    ok go to installation and where the provider is change the provider number to 5A 01 and press ok then do your scan then come back ok i will be here and go thru it with you ok

    I have printed off the sheet of instructions for changing the codes is that all that needs to be done after the scan has finished

    yes you might need to enter the provider id number in there as well if Tele**** is not in there put it in then press ok to save then put one row of codes in at a time and save each row do this for all providers ok and come back and let me know ok

    finished scanning only found 151 channels this time

    ok now do a factory reset again this time turn your box off at the back then back on again when you have this done and do the same again you should not need to do the codes or providers just make sure your provider is right and do another scan

    You are a star everything is working now when I do the reset do I switch off and on before the autoscan

    yes you must turn the box off after doing a reset ok you will also need to go to menu then press 1570 on remote and turn your EMU on as this will turn off every time you do this ok hope you can view all your channels

    Thanks Fergus all channels working ok will do the reset later need a bit of a rest and bet you do as well.

    if you have all your channels you do not need to do a reset that was in case you did not get all you channels ok
