starview box

    Having loaded the new software 415e.bin file the box has now locked up with a pictue on the screen saying "THE BOX" remote will not work and cannot get into the menu only the end line lights up HELP ANYONE

    Do you have a Starview 1 or a Starview 2 called "The Box".
