hi ive updated my starview box with the new firmwere but when i go to my system information it still says jun 07 is that right anyone know...thanx
Hi New to this so i,m not sure if i am in the right part . I have a cloned sv and updated to CryptStar-v1.4-Core257 now the problem is when i try to view scrambled channels the pic is fine for a few mins then i get alot of green boxes . i have checked all connections and they are fine . i have reflashed back to the 257e fixed but i still get those green boxes and now and again it comes up with scrambled or bad chennel also the pic freezes . Any ideas what can be done to solve this thanks
An update from the above i am now getting the normal channels starting to scramble i cant use it as a freeview box now without the pics scrambling . any idea,s would be helpfull thanks everybody for reading this and your help
Try this Menu > Factory Setting PIN 0000 OK to delete Then connect back to the PC and reflash it again with CryptStar-v1.4-Core257 When flash is complete , connect back to the TV Press OK to Select English Installation Choose Provider etc Automatic Scan Press OK Channels found Exit Press Menu then 1570 Turn EMU key ON Exit , exit , exit
hi celtic71 done all that but still the same .I,ve been reading some threads and seen something about jtaging do you think this is whats needed or is it just a bad flash . thanks again
