    my aunty's box just went off but when you go to Nagravision all that are on there are FF on the provider ID,Key Number and on the Key data its say FF's can anyone tell me how to sort it out she just got her box a couple weeks ago and on the user setup it say version 8.0 and 16 april 2008 if it helps

    set default key > press ok

    Can anyone tell me if there is any way to stop the 'audio description' appearing on one or two of my movie channels?

    Annoying that I cannot watch 'Classics' and 'Modern Greats' without the audio stuff for the blind coming on. I have deleted channels and reloaded, but to no avail.

    Is there any way to stop this? My old dbox works okay without the audio stuff.

    Many thanks for any help.

    Press audio on remote, use the > button to select the alternative.
