hello can u please help me as i have starview reciever and what happened my all channels gone an di really dnt know what to do as my little one is very upset coz she cant wather fav cartoon channels and some asian channels i dnt know how to get them back as i scanned but it didnt work can u please tell me step -by-step about BIN files ans where to install it and how to it ,using which cable/wire? pleaseeeeeeeeeeee please
