Starview cant find channels

Hi guys,,have a starview about a year old,, when i downloaded the latest fix it wont find the channels on autoscan,,i have tried all fixes but still the same,, think it is a starview 1,,any ideas,,,,,,,,,thanks

 

Don't think it's a SV 1 box ... know ... what does it say on the front of the box itself?

 

it has Starview,,digital receiver and then on the black panel looks like DV3

 

Press menu > system info & tell us what it says please.

ok its a SV1 b0x.
Use the 2.57 fix, this can be used on both clone & genuine sv1`s

are you sure you are scanning the correct provider?
