I think you are UK, the frequency is 491.000, you should also be missing Sly Sports 3. If this does not work turn off your box at the back for a minute or two and then turn it back on. A few people are having problems with these channels lately.
491.000 is the correct frequency for that channel make sure all your codes for all providers are correct can be found on the bottom of my post
i have update all the codes and i did manuel scan and autoscan stilll i did nt get sky sp1 or 3 not either sky movies

i have check your post freqency all diffrent to my area for example my area freq of max channel 154.000 and ur freq says 459.000 please help i need those channel
what firmware is on your box. make sure its v451 then try factory reset and auto scan in again, should pick up the channels !
it not picking up i have been scan telewest but ntl no channel found which is ntl area ... i got firmware 4.51
1)have u got any channels in when trying other providers ? 2)What does it say when u finish the autoscan 3)is your cable connected into the right slot on ur starview ?
yeah it is connnected to right slot i check if i autoscan to diffrent provider i do get some channel if i autoscan to my area provider i dont get any channel i wanted sky sports 1n 3 whiich i never get it and sky movis
Have you looked down the bottom of your channel list. Some of these channels will be named TV***, (*** indicates a number).
You need to enter all the providers and there codes as well not just your own area then do your scans the codes can be found on the links below the post says codes ok try that and see does this solve your problems
