starview (clone) dead!

Hi Im back again after a rest; I have a star***w that displays the "DEAD" sypmton;all voltages correct and no ripple on any supply line from power supply.When trying to JTAG going through "start" then "erase" then "poad" after the loading is finished I get this message:

And the unit still stays dead any idea why the jtag is not writting to that memory location?
The SKYMAY starts at 7FE00000 and finisers at 80000000,any help without stating the obvious which I have checked.
