Starview Clone firmware

Hi

I'm new to this site and was after some advice. I have a cloned starview box which no longer picks up the channels.

The problem is i've not had to download any firmware before so have no idea how to do it, or where to get the firmware from.

Sorry if this sounds stupid, but can someone explain to me a step by step process on how to upload firmware, and where i can find the latest firmware, for a cloned starview box.
