    i have updated my firmware but some channels are missing on Ntl ireland any ideas???

    a while ago frequency changed for some channels it could be that,handy option factory reset and rescan and emu to on.also make sure ur coaxial cable goes straight from wall to box no splitters or extensions.

    if i do a factory reset will i loose my updated firmware
