starview dead PLEASE help

    Hi could anyone help with my starview box it is DEAD no power tried everthing i could do . Any help PLEASE.....

    Hi,

    this happened to mee too; there is a fix but it involves soldering and fiddling with the inner workings of the box- explains how to do it, but this can be daunting if you are unfamiliar with electronics.

    I don't know anyone but there are others on the site (I think Scouser or Fergus will be able to point you in the right direction). Otherwise, there is a crowd who will do it for you. Are you an Everton fan?

    Did it go dead after you flashed it or is there still some life on the display. BTW where are you located?

    hi scOuser no life on it went to bed it was fine switched it off by the wall plug, something i dont usually do woke up the next day and nothing. dead.
