starview doesnt pick up channel

hello there

my starview doesnt pick any channel when i do the scan it only come as fail fail fail....is any1 out there can help me. it displays the menu and evrything just doesnt pick up channel

 

have you your coaxil plugged into the cable input on the box and have you got your tv scart plugged into the tv scart on the box?

 

^^ if your sure all of above has been done, the next question is have you got the right box ? Are you cable or Ariel ?? Box or Box-T

 

i have tried to get signal from both ariel and cable. but it always fail when i doing the scan.

 

so do you need the mmds type box or not ?

 

do u subscribe to a supplier for ur tv channels?
