starview emu problem

    hi. i have updated starview the box (genuine) with crypt1.4 turned off emu and did a scan but now cannot get into secret menu to turn it back on other box i have has pin2 which is where i enter 1570. default pw0000 only one that works tried 1570 at different areas in menu..no joy. do i need to do a factory reset. thanks

    thanks will try that wen i get home. as i said it did work initially as i was able to turn it of..if i did a factory reset would i just need to do a new scan?
