starview firmware

    i have a starview cable box the logo that comes on the screen is the THE BOX is there a fix for this and what is the firmware ver/type

    Hi is the unit a starview or marked "The BOX" or just "BOX" in red on the front panel? If you have flashed the "box" onto the first/second starview you have to reflash with the oringinal software

    im looking for firmware for starview the box its never being flashed i just dont know what firmware there is to update this to get it to autoroll

    iv being on that link but its not too clear which firmware goes with each version of starview box

    If you have TheBox then this is the current version for it

    thebox_H20070814_454eE_api.BIN

    It is located in the TheBox folder at the link previously posted by pedro105

    The firmware is not location specific, it is box specific so yes it will be fine in dublin

    the box ver i have is 4.00e_E boot ver 7.0 7. june 2007 which version of firmware do i use to update this to autoroll for n*l dublin
