starview firmware

    hi
    i have a starview 1 box and i tried to update it last night
    with gtrom v 4.00
    it said it needed the stb modle name befor i could download?
    is there anybody out there that could tel what that is so i can
    put it and see if it downloads

    what is on ur box at present,as there is no updated firmware for that old box but we will get u up and running,and label on front says starview,25 or 18 vents in a row?

    Cact , if GT ROM is blank its a PC registry problem
