starview flashing

hi, im new to this, but can anybody tell me how to flash my box please.I dont mind putting the codes in manually but if it goes off when im at work my kids go nutty if they cant watch nick junior.

 

you need a null modem cable.
gtrom loader v4.00.
and whatever firmware you want to upload
