starview freezing problem

    can some body help me with this
    i upgraded my starview from 2.57e to 4.00e but my starview box freezes when i turn it on it powers up but stops and stays like that with a dash displaying i tried a lot of things but nothing is working can someone tell me sumthin and i need the refalshing software can someone supply me with that
