Starview HD Combo Recording

    Morning all. I have a little problem. When I record programmes or use Timeshifting on Starview, the video freezes when I try to play it back. I know the actual recorded files are fine, because I can plug the usb drive into my PC and play them.

    The hard drive is USB 2.0 and has it's own power supply, formatted it from starview. Any ideas?

    prob just a bad box, i have the same box but for me when ever i record i lose my EPG and the only way to get it back is to turn the box at the switch i can live wae that shame yer problem is freezing cos that would annoy the sh1t out of me. Have ya tried a new firmware

    have you tried a different hard-drive or usb stick?
