Can anyone give me advice, I lost all channels on my starview box except for BBC1 and ITV ect, I loaded the new software "Cryptstar - V1.4 genuine",I have a genuine box so therefor put the correct software on via null modem, when I go to search it freezes on 5% on trying again I may get a bit further but no channels show, I have tried putting codes in manually but still the same, is there a software I can download to get my box up and running again, plz help ....will be appreciated.. if it definitely downloaded corectly then go to secret menu and reset default key and make sure your emu key is on then come out to s#y sports and it should then update itself this can go upto 250% so be patient!
Presume you are talking about it freezing whilst scanning for channels ? if yes, then do a Factory Reset and complete installation again, also try another provider code this has been known to work on a problem like this, then switch back to your own provider code, And I also presume we are talking Starview 1 ?
